Job Description

What will you be doing?

Ensure vendor information is up to date in A/R module.Ensure invoices processed in the A/R ledger are coded with appropriate supplier and general ledger account codes.Reconcile suppliers’ statement of account and follow-up for any missing invoices.Regularly monitor the A/R ageing report and follow up on any credit notes/missing invoices.
Qualifications

Your Skills and experience include:

A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role preferably in the Hospitality industry.Sound knowledge and understanding of general ledger coding and accounts structures.Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
