Creating and Maintaining Quality Relationships with Lenders through-out Lender Management Cycle

Create Pipelines and Establishing Contacts with Potential Lenders/Funders for VFT MFBCoordinating Initial Engagements to Introduce Lenders/Funders to VFT MFBMaintaining Monthly Updates of VFT MFB Profile for Potential Lenders/Funders ConsumptionCoordinating and Disseminating Information needed for Due Diligence ExercisesMaintaining all Paperwork Relating to Lenders and LoansWork with Lenders and VFT MFBs banks to ensure complete registration of all loans as per Central Bank RequirementsEngage with Lenders on the Technical Assistance Opportunities that VFT MFB may benefit fromPreparing Monthly Foreign Debts Reports required by the Central BankEnsure Compliance with Local Tax Laws and Regulations with respect to Foreign DebtsPreparing Reports in the Format and Frequency Required by LendersMaintaining a Current Covenants Compliance Report for Management ConsumptionMaintain Repayment Calendar/Schedule for all the loans, put the Finance Manager in the loop to ensure availability of funds for loan repaymentsMonthly Reconciliation Between Loan Interest Accrual Schedules and Accounts Records Maintained in the SystemWork in collaboration with Head Office Accountant to ensure Compliance with Grant MoUs (Conditions and Reporting Requirements)Any Other Duties as will be assigned by SupervisorMinimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify for the position:
