Job DescriptionAs a valued colleague on our FORM (Finance Operational Risk Management) team, you will provide expert advice on and guide the team in assessing and identifying potential risks that may threaten our reputation, safety, security, and/or financial success. You will engage with key stakeholders across the Finance division and assist in overseeing and governing Fannie Mae's operational effectiveness and efficiency, reliable operational reporting, and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

Minimum Required Experiences
4 years related experience such as accounting, audit, risk assessment, risk management, internal control, etc.Extensive knowledge of risk and controlsStrong written and oral communication skillsPrior experience leading, coaching and training junior staffStrong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks, self-prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesAbility to interact effectively throughout the organization, develop cooperative relationships, and collect informationAbility to be flexible and re-prioritize work as the needs of the business changeSkilled in ExcelDesired Experiences
Bachelor degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting, finance, information systems, computer scienceProven experience managing and leading change with a continuous improvement mindset. Strives to identify and implement best practicesStrong consulting and influencing skills to work effectively at all levels and gain stakeholder buy-inDemonstrated knowledge of the mortgage industry and Fannie Mae's business operations as it applies to risk assessments is highly preferredAudit, controls testing and/or financial services experience highly preferredPrior experience with Workiva and MetricStream or other enterprise GRC equivalentOne or more of the following certifications: CIA, CPAAdditional InformationThe hiring range for this role is set forth on each of our job postings located on Fannie Mae's Career Site.
