Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate directly with the CFO and Director of the Family Office to oversee financial and operational tasks. + Manage administrative-level work as needed, while showing a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute in various capacities. + Handle detailed, organized processes involving confidential information with professionalism and dependability. + Assist with accounting, tax, finance, and operational needs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. + Serve as a highly trusted team member performing tasks to support the family office operations. Requirements Qualifications: + 1-3 years of experience in accounting, tax, finance, administrative, or operations backgrounds. + Highly detail-oriented, organized, motivated, and able to multitask effectively under deadlines. + Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate directly with executive-level leaders, including the CFO. + Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing confidential information. + Self-starter with a proactive approach to resourcefulness and a willingness to learn and grow.
