What you'll do:

As a Finance Operations Associate within Procure Travel Pay, Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for timely and accurate fulfillment of various tasks around processing of incoming vendor invoices.

 

Day-to-day tasks include:

Posting of incoming vendor invoices Vendor accounts maintenance, incl. open items management and account reconciliation Conduct monthly account closing procedures for accounts payable Respond to queries (internal and external) Contact vendors via email and internal ticketing system Close cooperation and communication with internal customers and SAP entities

 

In the role, you will:

Learn how to complete all standard accounts payable tasks
Contribute to the success of our team and its development

Previous Accounts payable experience is good to have
