A. Development of Finance Operational Tools and Transparency Reporting

Managing the reporting pipeline and development of new reports or enhance existing reports specifically for spearheading Finance Operations. Create Transparency dashboards of all significant Finance Operations KPI metrics that help BU’s to make business decisions. Responsible for execution activities around building new reports. Recommend and to create new reports for Finance, if necessary. Provide business and system reporting support to Finance Operations group. Strategize and implement ways to improve the current processes.

B. Collaboration and Coordination

Collaborate with Manila Copeland Financial Services Finance Functional leaders in creating standardized Business Reporting tool. Consult and collaborate with Manila CFS Director before executing reporting changes. Lead the Manila Copeland Finance Service Automation Team.

C. Continuous Process Improvements

Engage and influence Finance Operational teams to embed a continuous improvement culture supported by the ongoing change management. Work with Finance leaders to streamline business processes and necessary to eliminate manual work.

. 10. Act as the point person in-charge for any new business tools implementation for Manila. And other responsibilities that may assign.
