We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre local graduate (graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in the last 12 months) to join our Finance team on a 12-month internship. From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business. Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as the opportunity to network with senior executives, and for some, international travel, and involvement in regional conferences.
Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open space office, located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have approximately 214 team members based in the Dubai office, we are a social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA region from here.

The Opportunity
You will play an active role in our continued success by supporting a range of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) activities while also taking ownership of your own project-based initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a global hospitality leader.
As a Hilton Finance Operations Intern, your activities will include:
\n\nWorking with the FP&A team to analyze financial performance across 950+ hotels, turning data into insights that drive key business decisions. \nAssisting in the preparation of management reports for senior leadership, ensuring clear and accurate financial storytelling. \nSupporting the forecasting and budgeting process for our hotels, helping to shape financial strategies and performance expectations. \nCollaborating with key business functions, including Operations, Commercial, and F&B, to provide financial insights that enhance efficiency and profitability. \nEnsuring hotels remain compliant with Hilton’s accounting policies and US Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, maintaining financial integrity across the region. \n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to develop your financial acumen, gain exposure to a broad portfolio of hotels, and be part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What are we looking for?
As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet to be considered for one of these highly sought-after opportunities. These are detailed as follows;
\n\nFirst and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company, and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values. \nYou must have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in the last 12 months. \nYou must be studying a Finance or Business related degree. \nYou must be able to undertake a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month graduate internship, from 14th July 2025. \nWe are ideally looking for a candidate who has worked in a multicultural environment. \nMust be living in the UAE and eligible to work full-time. \nMust be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing). \nHave a keen interest in the hospitality industry, particularly in understanding financial performance improvement and driving business process efficiency. \nHave strong written and verbal communication skills. \nExceptionally organised and comfortable prioritising tasks and working to deadlines. \n\n\n
