A global leader in integrated transport, and logistics services provider is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Finance & Operations Settlement position based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities: Manage and process financial settlements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in transactions. Collaborate with internal finance teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth settlement processes and timely payments. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to shipowner settlements, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Support month-end closing activities, financial reporting, and assist with audit requirements for the accounting team. Contribute to process digitization and automation projects, enhancing efficiency in financial settlements. Provide assistance on various financial initiatives, special projects, and additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in financial settlement, accounts payable, or maritime finance. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and internationally.
