Finance Product & Transformation Communication Manager - Vice President - Consumer & Community Banking
Chase is seeking an experienced communicator to support internal communications for the Finance Product & Transformation team. As a Finance Product & Transformation Communication Manager within Chase, you will be responsible for developing branding and communication strategies to support the roll out of emerging technology platforms and systems. You will partner with senior executives to create content that promotes training, understanding, and user adoption. This includes designing and delivering written communications and presentations, as well as helping to plan internal events, such as technology workshops and teach-ins. **Job responsibilities:** + Create and execute a holistic communications strategy tailored to the needs of the organization. + Drive the creative branding that will be used in communications, giving the organization a recognizable identity. + Research, develop, and write internal communications that engage employees and amplify the work of the Finance Product & Transformation team, including PowerPoint slides and other material for town halls and internal conferences. + Help plan employee engagement/adoption events, such as office hour call-in events and roadshow technology demonstrations/teach-ins. + Support and evaluate results of communications with the team. + Build and maintain relationships with executives and subject matter experts. **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:** + 7+ years of communications experience in a large matrixed organization. + Strong executive presence and experience working with and counseling senior leaders. + Excellent writer with background in journalism and or/similar role in corporate communications, marketing or social media. + Strong project management skills with the ability to handle large-scale, complex projects with discipline and precision. + Skilled interviewer who is able to gather information on complex topics and identify what's needed for clear and concise communications, avoiding unnecessary details. + Proven ability to exercise sensible reasoning in a fast-past environment. + A self-starter with the confidence to pitch fresh ideas, think creatively, and solve problems. + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
