Project manage and implement various company-wide strategic initiatives as well as Finance internal projects. Think through the implications to various finance teams and drive all the work streams to complete deliverables in line with commitments. Key activities include but not limited to the below:Assess the current situation and identify the core process and issuesIdentify the stakeholders and form a project team to work on new process and solutionsDrive for cross function alignment and decision makingEnsure the execution of the new process among the organizationsAct as Project Management Officer (PMO) to manage the projectsIdentify opportunities to eliminate or standardize activites and automate where possible – make finance and related processes as simple and effective as possible (keep internal customer in mind)Represent finance on a cross-functional integration team with strong influence to ensure that they incorporate finance requirements into the process design and product developmentRepresent China finance on global finance projects (such as Finance North Star) with strong influence to ensure that they incorporate China requirement into the process and product development.Support the ZEISS Key Group Projects rolling out to Greater China, e.g. FIT4, North Star etc.

Minimal Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance Accounting, ITStrong project management experience with a proven track record of driving transformational initiatives through successful execution and ability to influence stakeholdersSolid knowledge in SAP and expertise in at least 1 module. Experience in leading/Coordinating SAP launch is a plusExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of managementHighly numerate with strong analytical and problem solving, influencing and change management skillsAbility to think out of the box and make judgement callsAttention to details, self-motivating with continuous improvement mindset.
