Finance Project Manager 2660428 A leading hospital is seeking a Finance Project Manager. The successful candidate will manage, coordinate, and maintain the budget software applications and process. Finance Project Manager Pay and Benefits: • Hourly pay: $65/hour • Worksite: Leading hospital and health care system (Los Angeles, CA 90045 - Hybrid) • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL • 40 hours/week, 3 Months Assignment Finance Project Manager Responsibilities: • Help and mobilizing the team for the use of software application. • Provide status reports on upcoming project deliverables. • Facilitate change of management for projects. • Facilitate escalation of issues and risks. • Oversee development, governance and implementation of processes, methodologies, tools and products related to software application/s. • Interface with the finance team to provide strategic and tactical advice on project/program planning and execution. • Interface with company`s directors, managers, and executives to provide instruction and guidance on use of software product/s and related tools • Plan and execute all software upgrades and patch updates, including managing resources to validate system after upgrade or patches are applied. • Design and develop reports, dashboards and data exports. • Manage all hardware resources utilized by application/s. Administrator for application server, database server and scheduler server. • Manage overall security of sensitive financial information contained in reports and plan files. • Maintain of system and data load of information from Care Connect, EPIC, QDB, HR, and Lawson etc. • Ensure project milestones are met and documented in our Oracle Server. Finance Project Manager Qualifications: • Position requires an extensive knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and healthcare accounting. • Knowledge of financial analysis preferable in a health care academic and research environment. • Knowledge and use of personal computers, computerized spreadsheet programs and financial modeling. • Technical proficiency in budgeting software preferable Kaufman Hall. • Knowledge and skills in design and maintenance of financial reporting including balance sheet and profit and loss reports. • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects. • Ability to accept and carry out oral instructions accurately and work independently as well as a part of a team within a demanding environment • Written communication skills to prepare clear and concise correspondence at a level appropriate for the intended audience. • Oral communication skills to correspond with various levels of personnel and ability to deliver oral presentations. • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with staff within the finance department, with other office personnel and with outside departments. • Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues. • Skill in prioritizing and performing a variety of duties within a system that has frequently changing assignments, priorities and deadlines. • Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction and supervision. • Ability to adjust working hours and, if necessary, work overtime to meet the needs of the office and reporting deadlines.
