Finance Regulatory Reporting - Senior Manager

Who we are looking for

Looking for the CA/CPA/MBA qualified professionals with 8-10 years of experience in US regulatory reports. As an Officer/Manager, this role will be responsible for preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to U.S. Regulators including but not limited to, Federal Reserve filings on Financial Condition and Income, Treasury International Capital (“TIC”) reporting, Bureau of Economic Analysis surveys and Regulation K Compliance and Monitoring

What you will be responsible for

As an Officer / Manager you will be responsible for:

Prepare and review various regulatory reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis with highest level of accuracy as per the external deadlines, reports comprises Call Report FFIEC 031, FRY- 9C, FR Y -15, FR 2644, FR 2900 and other regulatory reportsAssist in drafting of responses to Regulator queries.Actively participate in internal and external audit and assurance reviews. Effectively manage the resolution of identified issues. Develop and execute the associated remediation plansAssess and analyze proposed changes to regulations and determine its impact on regulatory filings.Liaise with Regulatory Governance Team in ensuring compliance with all established governance policies

Partner with various internal stakeholders (IT, Global Accounting,Controllers) on various initiatives and enhancing regulatory reporting and process.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

CA / CPA/MBA with 8-10 years of relevant experiencePrior experience with Big 4 accounting firms, or Banks (in Audit, Legal Entity Controller or Regulatory Reporting) is a plusStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlinesPromotes teamwork, works collaboratively, and builds effective working relationshipsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsCompletes own role independently or with minimal supervision/guidanceProvides guidance and mentoring to junior team membersHighly proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to learn other systems quickly, Axiom and Essbase familiarity a plus.
