About the Team:

The team that holds functional ownership of a variety of Business Intelligence within the Finance Reporting & Analytics team. Your team is responsible for creating management reporting and create dashboards using these solutions. Working closely with user communities, your team will gather insights into reporting and analytics requirements and transform them into actionable solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with technology partners (DBS) who serve as the technical owners of these solutions.

Responsibilities:

Leading a team of 4 indirect reports based in ManilaOwning the Finance Actuals Analytics system, migrating to Power BI in Q2 2025 (originally on OBIA). Managing this migration, the user training and reporting requirementsOwning the Title Level Reporting Business Product, managing the demand, change and any incidents on the applicationsOwning and expanding on Tableau analytics dashboard portfolio, related to P&L, Costs and Account Payable reportsManaging the migration from Oracle to Fusion for all systems mentioned above (FAA, TLR, EPM, Tableau Finance Reports)Managing the change request process on the Financial System, liaising with users and system administrators for prioritization & requirementsDeveloping and communicating strategic vision regarding the finance systems and supporting technologyPartnering with Digital Business Solutions, our Technology partner, to ensure the organisation has aligned roadmaps and appropriate resources availableArticulating how to use information and analysis to transform the business through statistical analysis and visualisation techniquesDeveloping and implementing complex project plans that have implications across multiple business unitsExperience in team management in a multi-cultural and multi-locations environment

Requirements:

Experience leading the design and development of new technologies to improve the system efficiency of financial controlPossess advanced capability in reporting tools such as Power BI & Tableau, and databases such as Snowflake. Some knowledge of SQL can be a plusAdvanced Excel skills, ability to understand complex Excel modelsAbility to understand, reconcile, enriched, harmonized large dataset from various systemsDemonstrate capability in process management, ensuring standardisation is applied to business processExperience in business partnering, with the ability to develop meaningful insights from data and analysisBe an effective project manager, leading the development and implementation of complex project plansBe an effective communicator, able to develop a trusted communication flow between the team and the stakeholders
