The Revenue Operations (Quote to Cash) Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to lead an international team of 6-8 professionals within the Revenue Operations function in Finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing invoicing, crediting, order review, quoting of amend and net new deals, and ensuring accurate tracking of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Renewal Uplift. Additionally, the role includes supporting deal desk functions, structuring complex large deals, and managing the day-to-day operations for a designated EMEA region.

Team Leadership & ManagementLead and mentor a diverse international team (6-8 members), fostering a high-performance culture.Oversee day-to-day operational activities and provide strategic guidance to ensure efficiency and accuracy in revenue operations.Revenue Operations & FinanceManage end-to-end order processing, invoicing, and crediting activities.Ensure compliance with financial policies and revenue recognition principles.Control and monitor ARR and Renewal Uplift to ensure alignment with company objectives.Deal Desk & Sales SupportPartner with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to structure complex large deals, ensuring commercial terms align with business objectives.Support quoting activities for amendments and net new deals while maintaining process integrity.Drive process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.Regional Operations ManagementOverlook the revenue operations for a specific EMEA region, ensuring smooth order-to-cash processes.Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders within the assigned region.Identify and implement best practices to optimize workflows.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance, Order-to-Cash, or related fields.Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes, order management, invoicing, and revenue recognition.Familiarity with SaaS business models, ARR tracking, and Renewal Uplift.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret financial data.Experience supporting Deal Desk functions and structuring complex large deals.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite or similar).Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
