_This is a role of an Analysts in Financial Close and Execution team. The team is part of financial Close function supporting Europe Entities and is responsible for performing daily close, pre-month end activities, month end adjustments, ensuring data integrity, preparing & posting of adjustments in ledgers and submission of financials as per US GAAP reporting._ _The Candidate would be primarily responsible for:_ + _Closing the books and sub-ledgers, including passing appropriate required adjustment entries and submission of financials at the end of each accounting period_ + _Ensure all adjustments are reviewed as per adjustment directive_ + _Escalate issues related to transactions, processes, reports, or procedures as well as monitor progress/changes and keep senior leadership informed of unusual financial details_ + _Daily and Month end reporting and analysis_ + _Ensuring that the integrity of the operating environment meets audit and regulatory standards._ **Responsibilities:** + _Establish very good understanding and conceptual knowledge of G/L functionality and dataflow for the G/L process within team._ + _Closing the books and sub-ledgers, including passing appropriate required adjustment entries and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period_ + _Ensure Data integrity - Accounting Adjustments, Financial Checks and reviews, Analysis and Business support._ + _Performing MoM, QoQ, YoY variance Analysis_ + _Monthly / Quarterly/Annual reporting as per US GAAP_ + _Provide support / ownership / oversight on Key Projects and Initiatives at Global level as well as Integrated close level_ + _Ensure Strong Control environment at all times_ + _Continuous process improvements to make process efficient._ + _Multiple stakeholder management.
