We are seeking a Finance & Sales Development Specialist to manage both our internal financial operations and external sales development initiatives. This dual-role position is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency while driving business growth through qualified lead generation. The role supports our mission of seamless utility setup services by ensuring smooth internal processes and expanding our customer base.
The Impact you’ll makeFinancial Operations \nProcess payroll for the organization\nManage bookkeeping responsibilities\nMaintain accurate financial records\nSales Development \nConduct outbound calls to qualify leads from provided lists\nIdentify potential customers' utility setup needs\nConvert qualified leads into service users\nCustomer Service \nHandle inbound phone calls from potential customers\nAssist with utility service setup inquiries\nProvide information about available service packages\nAdministrative Support \nCoordinate with utility service providers\nMaintain accurate customer records\nSupport general administrative tasks as needed\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nMinimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing or bookkeeping\nProven track record in sales development or lead qualification\nStrong phone communication skills with native-level English proficiency\nExperience with US business operations and utility services\nProficiency in basic accounting and financial software\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\n
