MAU is hiring a Finance SAP Project User for our client in Columbus, OH. As a Finance SAP Project User, you will provide support for testing and validating SAP systems and applications to ensure their functionality within the organization. Collaborating closely with the IT team, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and effective use of SAP financial solutions. This is a contract (long-term) opportunity.
Benefits Package Medical, Dental Vision Health Insurance PTO Paid Holidays Opportunities for professional development Competitive pay Health benefits, including telehealth services Opportunities for professional development Shift Information Monday – Friday; 8AM – 5 PM Hybrid work schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or SAP-related roles Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and SAP financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management) General Requirements Proficiency in SAP financial systems, including configuration and testing Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience in conducting training for end-users on SAP systems is a plus Preferred Requirements Project management experience with knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence Familiarity with SAP reporting and business intelligence tools Experience with integration and user acceptance testing Essential Functions Collaborate with finance teams to document business requirements and ensure proper SAP configuration Test and validate SAP financial modules to ensure accuracy and functionality Provide support to finance users regarding SAP inquiries and issues Identify, document, and resolve defects during testing phases Serve as the liaison between subject matter experts and the IT department Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for SAP financial users Support the implementation and rollout of new SAP financial modules and features Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment or Working Conditions Responsibilities are performed in both office settings and remotely, with 3 days per week required on-site. Physical Demands This position may require sitting for extended periods and working with computer systems, with or without reasonable accommodation. Travel Minimal travel required, mostly limited to the Spartanburg facility.
