Knowledge

Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance industry best practice in Finance, RTS and Claims processes and proceduresKnowledge of appropriate regulatory/statutory frameworks and how they impact on the insurance sectors is preferredGood knowledge of relevant software and Tools is preferredAdvanced knowledge of Organizational Accounting ProceduresThorough understanding of Best Practice in AccountingExtensive Knowledge of General InsuranceTerminologies, Accounts and Class of Business

Experience

Must be a CPASignificant experience in a complex multinational environment (at least 5 years)Proven experience of working with all levels of an organisation, in particular, to be credible to senior managementInsurance experience is desirable
