Technical Performance

Deliver accurate financial reporting metrics by analyzing financial data, performing complex data entry, verifying accuracy and collaborating with senior leadership as neededPositive manager/stakeholder feedback

Knowledge

Advanced knowledge of products and concepts relating to the financial services industry, including financial management principlesAdvanced knowledge of Accounting principles and practices, financial markets, banking and analysis and reporting of financial dataAdvanced working knowledge of financial processes, procedures, solutions and best practicesHigh degree of working knowledge of IT controls and safeguards of the collection, organization, structure, processing and delivery of dataComprehensive knowledge of Performance Metrics Utilization

Experience

University degree in economics, Finance and/or AccountingPreference for any of the following: CPA, CFA charter holder (or passed at least the Level I examination)At least 2 years of work experience involving management reporting and/or financial analysisAt least 4 relevant working experiencePreference for work experience in consulting and/or financial planningPreference for work experience in a shared service environment
