Finance Shared Services Analyst

 As a Finance Shared Service Analyst at Infobip, you will be a member of the Finance Shared Service team with financial operations oversight for a number of local entities in the EMEA region. You will work closely with other internal finance departments, local accounting teams as well as commercial, customer-facing teams.

Main responsibilities:

Applying best bookkeeping and accounting practices in daily activities

Daily processing and posting of bank statements, journals and invoices in the internal accounting program

Bookkeeping and reconciliation activities, including alignment with customers and sales teams

Responding to emails and inquiries related to customers in a timely and professional manner

Participating in projects related to process improvement and operational efficiency

Supporting team members in  taking ownership of daily tasks

 

More about you:

This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a degree in Economics, Finance or Business or 1-2 years experience in accounting/finance either as a student or first full-time employment

Full proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Excel

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Proactive approach to work

Good communication & willingness to collaborate and learn with the team

Strong motivation, attention to detail, and precision in daily tasks.
