A Finance Shared Services Specialist is a vital member of our Finance team, driving operational excellence through accurate and timely accounting processes across a diverse group of international markets. Our core business focuses on the diligent posting of supplier invoices and executing routine monthly accounting activities.

You will collaborate closely with fellow accountants, vendors, internal stakeholders, and external bookkeeping services to maintain accuracy and efficiency across multiple geographies. We are seeking a hands-on specialist who enjoys tackling new challenges, optimizes processes on the go, and leverages broad accounting experience to deliver continuous improvement.

You know you are doing a good job when you:

Review, process, and post incoming invoices in Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper approval flows.Independently handle accounting operations for assigned countries in EMEA, adapting approach to different vendor portfolios, requirements, and volumePrepare and execute timely and accurate payment runs for assigned markets, maintaining excellent relationships with all vendors.Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable and vendor statements, swiftly identifying and resolving discrepancies in invoice/payment data.Support all monthly and year-end accounting procedures, including preparing accruals, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.Prepare and present clear AP status and performance reports tailored to each country’s needs.Maintain strong, clear communication with vendors regarding invoice status and queries, as well as all internal departments and external bookkeeping services.Organize and file financial documentation for your assigned countries to ensure record-keeping is always audit-ready.Contribute to the development and update of AP processes, documentation, and training materials, sharing your expertise and supporting team learning.Identify and lead process and efficiency improvement initiatives, leveraging practical experience to find solutions in new or undefined situations.Adapt quickly to new challenges, systems, or market requirements, independently seeking out the answers and best practices required.Perform other ad hoc and delegated accounting or AP tasks required by management.

More about you:

You have 3+ of relevant experience in accounting (preferably in accounts payable/receivable) and can independently handle the AP process for several countries.You are comfortable posting invoices in large accounting software (experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus).You bring strong, hands-on accounting knowledge and are confident navigating both established and evolving processes.You are pragmatic, resourceful, and love to solve problems; you are not daunted by ambiguity or lack of a defined process.You have successfully managed relationships with large and small vendor portfolios across multiple markets.You are fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and always keep your documentation audit-ready.You handle shifting requirements and multiple tasks with composure and flexibility.You are a collaborative team player, happy to share knowledge and support colleagues, and thrive in a fast-moving, international team.
