We are thrilled to expand our Shared Services Center to Mexico. The Qualtrics Finance Shared Services Center is a pillar of the Finance organization and allows Qualtrics to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the finance processes while delivering global end-to-end process standards.

How You’ll Find Success

\n

Within the Finance Shared Services team, we have several openings across the Billings Team, Accounting, and Accounts Receivable team.

\n

This team is responsible for issuing Qualtrics company invoices and performing all Qualtrics billing related tasks. As the group who manages the very end of the sales cycle, the team will connect a wide variety of functions from sales to operations to accounting and ensure a smooth and efficient billing cycle. The team provides timely and relevant reporting and support projects for the overall Finance organization.

Things You’ll Do

\n\n\nManage the billing cycle for all of our new business\nReview sales opportunities to verify contracts and quotes, ensuring they are accurate and complete\nManages finance cases requested by the sale organization on individual sales opportunities\nPartner with sales representatives who close deals \nPartner with other sale support groups including Deal Desk, Commercial Finance, Data Teams and Onboarding\nProactively identify process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements\nFacilitate a smooth process for our clients to pay for their licenses\nAssist the QFSS Qualtrics Cash Collections team in resolving complex billing issues and dispute cases\nParticipate in monthly close process\nProvide periodic key performance indicator updates to the senior management\nCollaborate closely and cross-functionally with other teams and departments\nOwn strategic projects and initiatives that improve team functionality and efficiency\nSupport the training of new team members\nFollow Qualtrics processes and use application tools available in NetSuite/Salesforce\nSupport Ad-hoc queries and contributes to projects\nContact for external and internal auditors\nBilling Systems Proficiency: Experience with enterprise billing and invoicing systems, with a preference for knowledge of NetSuite/Salesforce.\nAnalytical Skills: Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities to review sales opportunities, contracts, and quotes accurately.\nFinancial Knowledge: Understanding of finance processes and ability to manage the billing cycle for new business.\nData Management: Competency in managing finance cases, handling key performance indicators, and participating in the monthly close process.\n\n\n \n
