As a Finance Shared Service Specialist at Infobip, you will be a member of the Finance Shared Service team with financial operations oversight for a number of local entities in the Africa region. You will work closely with other internal finance departments, local accounting teams as well as commercial, customer-facing teams.
Main responsibilities:
Applying best bookkeeping and accounting practices in daily activities
Daily processing and posting of bank statements, journals, and invoices in the internal accounting program
Ensuring all month-end closing activities are completed accurately and on time
Participating in projects related to process improvement and operational efficiency
Actively participating in business correspondence with other internal departments and external parties, such as auditors
More about you:
You have a university degree in accounting, finance, or business
You have 2+ years of prior experience in accounting
Full proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Excel
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsible and prompt in business activities
Able to work in a team
Able to work from Zagreb
Good communication & interpersonal skills
