We are looking for a finance specialist to join our Japan office. This position will be handling AP, AR, and other finance-related duties and will be working closely with overseas offices.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute journal entries for external and internal sales, WIP (Work in Progress), payroll, social insurance, accrual etc. Manage WIP balance Manage withholding tax balance Prepare flash report and monthly closing report draft Prepare Opex budget for functions Manage all accounting items of a subsidiary (Create Journal entries and report to a Finance member in Reginal HQ in India) Manage tax issues in liaison with tax consultants Take part in ad-hoc projects
