Requirements
+ 2 years in a Finance/ Commercial role.
+ Strong public speaking skills to attend process-related meetings without managers’ participation and provide enablement sessions as needed.
+ Autonomy, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
+ Agile mindset to bring fresh ideas and effective tools to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all regions in matters related to Deal Approval & Contract Drafting of high complexity:
Be available for questions and support in solving complex deals upon request. Establish direct contact with GCF CBPs via Teams, E-Mail or calls. Become a problem-solver who thrives in uncertainty, quickly finding creative solutions to complex problems and involve other teams if needed (e.g. CoE Pricing, Legal, CCEM, oCFO, etc.)2. Work closely and become part of the SDH Communications Team to provide relevant information regarding process and system updates, facilitate appropriate communications and keep information channels up to date.
3. Moderate Contracting Office Hours for the Global Commercial Finance community.
4. Continue improving the current Global Commercial Finance New Hire Enablement Method.
Prepare training material for New Hires for Public Cloud, Private Cloud and On-Premise. Create training schedules for New Hires based on team and business needs. Conduct training and/ or shadowing sessions for New Hires. Evaluate New Hires’ progression during the first three months within the team. Provide feedback to the managers about New Hires' performance. Request constant feedback regarding the Expert role and responsibilities.5. Other responsibilities:
Get involved in Global Commercial Finance projects, this may include testings, future migrations and/ or team restructuring. Identify opportunities for improvement in current processes and contact policy owners/ multipliers and the CoE Team to inform about what should be updated/ improved. Collect system errors and escalate them to the appropriate Team without managers' intervention; subsequently follow up on the resolution process. Conduct refresher sessions based on repetitive questions/ mistakes. This includes sending reminders via E-Mail about important process-related topics. Collaborate with the Managers to create KPIs to improve teams’ quality service. Provide support to team members with low performance upon Managers’ request.6. Participate in weekly/biweekly leadership meetings with SDH Head, SDH-Managers, and Team Leaders, providing updates on processes; raise and/or propose relevant topics for discussion and collaborate on decision-making on matters affecting their area of responsibility.
7. Consistently foster a learning culture and lead by example, encouraging curiosity and continuously expanding the expert ‘s own knowledge and skills.
8. Collaborate with other CBP Experts from different Market Units (EMEA/APJ/LAC/MEE).
