We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to work with Financial Data and Systems, ensuring data integrity and proactively resolving discrepancies. You will collaborate directly with customer-facing teams and NLP/Production Support, and work comfortably in ERP systems such as Epicor. This role is remote and involves maintaining the Finance Escalations inbox, conducting comprehensive research, and assisting with account audits, remittance inquiries, and payment processes.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure data integrity of systems by researching and resolving discrepancies or data errors impacting Finance.Work comfortably in ERP systems such as Epicor.Collaborate directly with customer-facing teams and NLP/Production Support.Maintain the Finance Escalations inbox, serving as the primary point of contact for Finance-related inquiries.Conduct comprehensive research before escalating inquiries to Finance sub-departments.Assist with account audits, investigate remittance inquiries, probe into missing payments or payment delays, and understand Epicor, Tipalti, and payment processes.Maintain adherence to Service Level Agreements when responding to inquiries and escalations.Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, facilitate cross-functional communication, and coordinate efforts to achieve targets.Maintain an active presence in cross-departmental meetings to prioritize system issues impacting Finance and resolve outstanding escalations.Keep track of existing NLP tickets on behalf of Finance and ensure timely follow-up.Essential SkillsHigh-volume Accounts receivable or Accounts payable experience.Experience in banking, IT, or other translatable industriesEpicor, JD Edwards, Great Plains experience is a plusMS Excel proficiencyWork EnvironmentYou will work in a small team of five people, most of whom are former contractors on the reimbursement team. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
