ATI is seeking to hire a Finance Specialist (FP&A) to support our Specialty Rolled Products business unit. This position will be based in Natrona Heights, PA with a hybrid/work-from-home arrangement. This position will support the preparation of the short-term forecasting and long-term planning process along with analyzing business performance. The Financial Analyst will develop an understanding of the business and will create relevant reporting to support management decisions to enabling profitable growth. This position will also be involved in strategic project work, including projects related to Dashboards/PowerBI with visibility up to the Business Unit President. Essential Functions + Provide business with foundation to optimize financial decisions by assisting with the preparation of: monthly forecasting, annual planning and multi-year planning, as well as plan/forecast variance analysis and implementation of actionable analytics. + Analyze growth and cost reduction initiatives including capital projects, long-term agreements, and cost reductions. + Complete cost analysis on manufacturing expenses and identify cost drivers for key performance indicators (KPI) tracking and improvement opportunities. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand results, forecast and outlook to understand and identify business risks and opportunities. + Ensure delivery of financial commitments, drive process standardization initiatives, and assist with streamlining financial reporting processes. + Creation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages + Support and participate in ad-hoc analysis on business performance
