Roles and Responsibilities
Individual & Team contributor with proven interpersonal skills. Communicate directly with colleagues in Fulfillment and CollectionsWeekly management and maintenance of Parts Invoice Distribution Batches and Disbursement of invoice for 4 segments of the business.Update customer master, billing addresses, set up customers for auto email and monitor activity on new customersWork with collections to understand issues leading to customer non-payment, past dues and work to understand the root cause, resolve existing and future issues, collaborate with collection teamsSales Tax – manage uploads and updates of customer sales tax exemption forms in DECM and SabrixManage Sales Order tax creditsManage Freight file and cost allocationsQuarterly Account ReconciliationMonthly Analysis of Sales Orders - Revenue, Margin, Backlog, Production OrdersDocument procedures for assigned areas of responsibilityUtilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with relevantexperience in a finance role)Relevant experience with financial system, accounting, or controllershipIn depth knowledge of SAP / OneSteamDesired Qualifications
