Finance Specialist - Hybrid Flexibility

Position will also require basic financial reporting, general administrative and clerical support as needed. **YOUR IMPACT:** These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. + Responsible to monitor production labor recording information for compliance and accuracy. + Run daily exception reports to identify and correct punching errors that could lead to payroll or labor compliance issues. + Assist with various daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc reporting as needed. + Post bi-weekly payroll hours prior to deadlines provided by payroll team. + Enter mass-generated time for events such as fire drills or tornado drills. + Enter all holiday hours for the production work force. + Distribute and organize Kronos sign off reports daily. + Perform defined balancing and reconciliation procedures to ensure transactions have been properly recorded. + Assist in preparation of accurate and timely transaction processing reports for internal management needs and external reporting requirements. + Help maintain standard work instructions to document business transaction processing steps. + Apply continuous improvement management principles and participate in process analysis and improvement projects. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** + High School diploma + Knowledge of basic accounting concepts. **STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:** + 1-plus years experience + Associate’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field + Relevant experience in accounting, payroll, or cash applications. **WHY OSHKOSH?** Moving the future forward is our priority and this includes your future. We are better together.** **Pay Range:** $39,600.00 - $60,600.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
