Who We Are
The Time Management Specialist supports and delivers key financial operations to North America Regional Finance teams as part of a growing Shared Services function. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical individual with strong experience in timesheet compliance, data entry, financial systems, and reporting. Core responsibilities include maintaining accurate timesheet entries in Infor, as well as supporting revenue and audit reporting activities. The position also contributes to special projects aimed at enhancing system efficiency and process accuracy, and operates under the guidance of the Shared Services Finance Manager as an integral member of the finance team.
What You'll Do
Infor (Time & Expense) System Management
Input new timesheets into the system as part of the weekly Monday audit cycle.Conduct timesheet audits in the Infor system to ensure accuracy for revenue recognition.Process time and expense corrections based on guidance from local Finance and Expense Audit teams.Manage project code conversions, analyze project-related cases, and ensure corrections are properly processed for accurate financial reporting.Serve as a subject matter expert on the Infor system, including timesheet protocols and expense policies.Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders to support ongoing timesheet correction workflows and audit activities.
Reporting Activities
Maintain and update internal databases with Microsoft Excel to support timesheet audit activities.Collaborate with staffing teams on audit reports to ensure accurate processing of all timesheet corrections.Prepare and analyze revenue change reports using Microsoft Excel.What You'll Bring
A./B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant business experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2 years of data entry experience in finance-related roles.
Strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in business, accounting, or financial management.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with enterprise systems such as Oracle or SAP.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
