**What You Can Expect**
Responsible for providing plan adjustments, strategic decision support, and value-added insights to business leaders within a business unit, cluster, and/or country. This role plays a key role in **evaluating and executing manufacturing transfers, site shutdowns, and capacity expansion strategies** . The **Senior Finance Analyst** will develop financial models and business cases to assess the **financial benefits of relocating product lines, closing or opening manufacturing sites, and optimizing cost structures** .
The role is responsible for **improving business performance, driving profitable and sustainable growth, and enhancing cash generation** by influencing and guiding key strategic decisions related to **manufacturing footprint, operational efficiency, and cost optimization** .
**How You'll Create Impact**
**Face of Finance**
+ Serves as the Face of Finance for manufacturing site transitions, product line relocations, and operational footprint strategy.
+ Assists country/business unit business partnering support in areas such as: manufacturing transfer finance, site shutdown evaluations, operational cost modeling
+ Mergers & acquisitions from an operational perspective and commercial growth strategy, sales channel optimization, and working capital management
+ Supports teams with complex and strategic financial decisions, particularly in manufacturing site consolidation, relocation, and expansion efforts.
+ Helps build an in-depth understanding of financial impacts related to product line movements, labor cost efficiencies, taxation benefits, and operational synergies.
+ Partners with FP&A and business teams (Pricing, IBP, etc.) to forecast and manage results, ensuring alignment with broader financial goals and providing visibility on manufacturing transfer costs and benefits.
+ Prepares financial presentations that effectively support decision-making for manufacturing relocations, site closures, and operational investments.

+ Drives accountability for manufacturing financial performance, supporting senior leadership in evaluating cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
+ Conducts financial scenario modeling for site shutdowns, expansions, and product line transfers to optimize operational costs and business growth.
+ Partners with key stakeholders to finalize long-term manufacturing footprint strategies, balancing cost, tax implications, and supply chain efficiencies.
**Continuous Improvement**
+ Continually assesses opportunities to improve manufacturing site efficiency, optimize financial structures, and drive better business performance.
+ Leads financial modeling and investment analysis for manufacturing transfer decisions, including potential cost benefits of relocating production to lower-cost regions.
+ Develops and tracks finance KPIs specific to site transitions, operational consolidation, and capacity expansion projects.
+ Builds and maintains KPI dashboards and reports to provide insight and transparency into manufacturing-related financial performance.
+ Works on M&A-related financial assessments from an operational finance perspective to evaluate the feasibility of site closures or new manufacturing investments.

**Your Background**
+ English proficiency is required (B2-C1)
+ **Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.**
+ **6+ years of experience in Finance** , with a strong focus on **manufacturing finance, site transfers, or operational footprint strategy** .
+ Experience in **financial modeling for site relocations, shutdowns, or expansions** .
+ **Experience in cost modeling, capital allocation, and investment analysis for manufacturing operations** .
