Our Finance Managers do real, varied projects that make a genuine impact. Finance spans the entire Company – and you will be the CFO of your project area from Day 1. You could be working multi-functionally to define and execute a brand’s commercial strategy, partnering our sales team to create great plans to take to our customers, identifying optimisation opportunities in our supply chain, or working in cutting-edge financial shared services organisation. There’s real ownership and learning from the outset, and your impact will be felt across the company.
What To Expect:During your 10 week summer internship you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in finance with P&G involves, and if it is right for you. You will be working on live business projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Previous finance internship projects cover topics including defining the finance strategy for one of our products or identifying key pockets of profitable growth where we could grow our brands in the market.

Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work. We have internship roles based in Weybridge, Surrey which is easily commutable from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction and a free shuttle service from the station to the office. We also have internship roles available in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Please do express your preference and we can do our best to work to it.

Full-time Role: Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization. Job Qualifications
What We Look For:University undergraduates who will have completed their degree by summer 2025 or summer 2026 and graduates who have completed a degree. We accept applicants from any discipline who have a passion for finance.
Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application and encourage you to include examples that demonstrate our Peak Performance Behaviours including what actions you took and the results you achieved in your CV.
Demonstrated leadership skills and analytical capability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written English language skills.
Right to work: For our internship roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your internship without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 1st July 2025 to 5th September 2025 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.

Start date: The internship's duration is from July 1st, 2025 until September 5th, 2025. We expect interns to be available for the full duration of the internship.
