Your role:

You support providing internal customers with high quality, accurate, and timely financial data and reports to enable informed business decisions. Moreover, you support accounting processes, post to the general ledger, handle payroll and benefits, maintain master data as applicable, maintain and reconcile multiple balance sheet accounts, prepare financial statements for the regional subsidiaries and perform less complex financial analysis tasks. In addition, you provide support during audit or pre-audit tasks, compliance activities and other related accounting duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree requiredDegree in a business related or Finance and Accounting discipline or its equivalentInitial work experience in Finance and Accounting with direct related experience with full-cycle General Ledger Accounting including Month End Closing Activities and Financial ReportingExperience with Payroll & HR Benefit accountingExperience within a Shared Services Center (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) set-upExperience with SAP or other ERP system preferredFluent English language skills requiredExcellent quantitative, analytical, and Excel skills requiredWilling to be based in BGC, Taguig, Metro ManilaWilling to work on graveyard night (night shift). Then work shift can be moved to mid shift during non-peak (non month end closing)Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
