As the Transaction Processing Supervisor, you will oversee shared services associates and supervise the organization's shared services functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing, while complying with internal controls.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is what you will do in this role:

Ensures fair and consistent accountability.Oversees transaction processing, which may include customer order entry, customer billing collections, and/or accounts payable.Handle escalated client issues to resolution with professionalism.Prepare regular reports on activity, aging reports, and other metrics for management.Support account reconciliation process and customer/supplier reconciliationsSupport Integration of current processes to the shared service environmentIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Develop and maintain documentation for financial processes and proceduresMonitor business volumes and adjust resources as neededFacilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors

What we are looking for:3+ years of supervisory experience in a large multinational companyStrong understanding of accounting and finance principlesStrong analytical skills, ability to research issues in a complex accounting structure to resolve problems; detail-oriented, yet able to identify issues and grasp concepts at a broader level.Must be a highly motivated individual with the ability to multi-task while working with a variety of individuals in both team and self-directed environments.Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels of managementAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesExperience working in a shared service center environment.Fluency in Business English and SpanishExperience with SAP or equivalent ERP systemsMicrosoft Excel advanced user Ability to use a variety of software programs and tools to analyze and work with large data sets and accomplish tasks efficiently.
