Sherwin-Williams, a global leader in the paints and coatings industry, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Analyst to join our company. The role is responsible for the management and transactional processing of Cashbooks for the EMEAI/LATAM and NOAM regions. The role will include managing and coaching a team of direct reports. You will provide support and leadership to the GL Accountants. The successful applicant will be flexible and tenacious, self-motivated with excellent communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount. The initial scope of this role is to focus on Cashbooks and improve the existing processes and reconciliations across the Sites within your remit. It is expected that the scope of the role will change over time as you embed the efficiencies identified. This will allow development for this role and the reports to continue to support the additional responsibilities coming into the team.
