We are looking for a **Finance Systems Analyst** with a user-focused mindset and a strong technical background to join our Finance Systems Team within the Digital Workplace organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the Finance Shared Service Center, actively contributing to global projects and ensuring the smooth operational support of our core financial systems.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills across departments, a solid understanding of finance and systems, and a focus on addressing operational needs effectively.

**Your Day to Day**
As a Finance System Analyst you would be working on:
+ Take ownership of multiple SaaS global systems within Finance, including Oracle NetSuite ERP, SAP Concur, Celigo, Incorta, and others
+ Ensure timely resolution of tickets related to defects, bugs, configuration or performance issues, and interoperability flaws
+ Design, develop, test, and debug both existing system solutions and new functionality based on evolving business needs
+ Deliver finance-related system enhancements to users promptly while maintaining high-quality standards and thorough testing
+ Assist with NetSuite configuration changes such as workflows, scripts, dashboards, reports, and saved searches
+ Partner with global Finance, Business Systems, and other teams to develop effective test scenarios and use cases
+ Participate in change management processes and manage deployments across environments, including Development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production
+ Manage user creation, roles, and access to ensure system security and maintain compliance with SOX regulations
+ Provide ongoing technical support to users, including conducting ad-hoc training sessions and gathering requirements
+ Stay up to date on NetSuite functionalities, configurations, and customizations
+ Research and recommend solutions to extend system functionality
**What We’re Looking For**
As a Finance System Analyst, your background will look like:
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
+ **3-5 years** of experience in **ERP System** implementation and maintenance ( **NetSuite** preferred)
+ **Solid understanding** of core business financial processes, including **Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Revenue Recognition**
+ Proven experience managing complex **finance systems projects** from concept to completion, including discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment
+ Experience with Celigo or similar iPaaS **integration platforms** , and NetSuite integrations using REST APIs or middleware solutions
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
+ Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management concepts and frameworks
+ Familiarity with **project management** methodologies
+ Highly organized, with excellent prioritization and time-management skills
+ Experience collaborating with global teams and supporting end-users in multiple regions
+ Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team while effectively collaborating with business stakeholders
+ Advanced Excel skills
+ NetSuite end-user experience or certification is a plus
+ Knowledge of SQL scripting or other reporting tools for data analysis is a plus
+ Familiarity with JavaScript and other relevant programming languages is a plus
