Finance Business Systems Analyst
Our esteemed client, a leading firm in the Insurance industry, is seeking to appoint a seasoned Finance Business Systems Analyst to their finance department. This permanent position offers the opportunity to influence financial strategies and decision-making processes at a high level within the organisation.
Role & Responsibilities
* Develop and refine systems for financial planning and analysis to support the strategic goals of the organisation.
* Analyse financial data and trends to advise and guide executive management on financial decisions.
* Work collaboratively across departments to integrate financial systems effectively with other business operations.
* Prepare and present detailed reports on financial performance, projections, and other financial assessments.
* Identify and implement improvements in financial analysis systems and tools to optimise business operations.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial legislation.
Key Skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working with/in Finance teams, particularly Financial Planning and Analysis
* Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Solutions and associated applications - particularly Fusion ERP and EPM (EPBCS, PCMCS, FCCS, TRCS, ARCS)
* Proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact across multiple levels of an organisation.
* Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and deliverables independently. #LI-PB1
