This job is part of the Financial Systems job function. They are responsible for ensuring accounting systems operate effectively. **What You’ll Do:** + Respond to escalated requests for assistance with a variety of accounting software packages used by client accounting services and real estate management teams. + Document issues, resolutions, or other actions using an incident management system. + Resolve high-priority requests for software support. Escalate requests requiring a greater level of expertise. + Perform security and data reviews to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. + Support medium and large client and internal projects as directed by the supervisor. + Provide input into process improvement efforts based on client incidents. + Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team goals. + May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives. + Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams. + Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. + In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required. + Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. + Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset. + Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. The minimum salary for the finance systems sr. associate position is $23.08 per hour and the maximum salary for the finance systems sr. associate position is $25.97 per hour.
