Who we are looking for

A seasoned tax professional with extensive tax accounting and reporting experience.  Reporting to the Director Tax Reporting, the candidate will be responsible for calculating and reporting the global effective tax rate

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for

Prepare/review global effective tax rate calculations in accordance with ASC 740

Review interim and year-end income tax disclosures for SEC filings and earnings releases for completeness.

Perform tax technical work and compose documentation to support uncertain tax positions (FIN48), valuation allowances and unremitted earnings assertions.

Oversee tax internal controls and accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.

Coordinate department’s relationship with external auditors on quarterly income tax accounting matters.

Manage US provision team by fostering employment engagement and career development through goal setting and workplan prioritization.
