The Finance Tech I is responsible for:

Process and organize all incoming invoices, receipts, and related documentation for accurate entry into the Accounts Payable (AP) system.  Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices to meet payment deadlines.  Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of checks for distribution to vendors.Maintain the office files and supplies.Other Duties assigned

Education

Required - high school or equivalent

 

Experience

Required - 2 years finance or related field
