The Finance Timekeeping Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of timekeeping records for payroll processing within the finance organization. This role involves analyzing and verifying timekeeping data, collaborating with various departments to resolve discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have background in finance and timekeeping processes, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote and team-oriented environment Responsibilities Collect, review, and process employee time and attendance records. Monitor timekeeping records for accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll reports. Identify areas of opportunities for standardization and process improvements. Provide regular updates to management on timekeeping and payroll metrics. Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies and issues. Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on timekeeping policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and organized records of timekeeping and payroll activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in timekeeping, payroll, or a similar analytical role with at least 3 to 4 years of similar experience in payroll and timekeeping. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends. Proficiency in timekeeping and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Kronos, SAP). Hands-on experience in WorkForce Timekeeping Software is highly preferred, but not required. Must have strong background in using Excel, data consolidation, and automation. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping is a plus. Must be amenable to work onsite, with potential option to work in a hybrid setup in the future.
