Main responsibilitiesDeliver collections management services to BOReview AR ageing reportsPerform collection & dunningDetermine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined processDispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility

About you
ExperienceOngoing university studies (active student status) studying a degree in finance or related subjectsMin. 25 -hour availability/weekOrganized, attention to detail, good communication skills

Soft and technical skills

Broad understanding of Accounts Receivables accountingStrong deductive and analytical skillsComputer literate and familiar with accounting applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage)Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeTeam player, able to work collaboratively transversallyGood communication skillsAttentive to customer needs and feedbackAbility to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner

Fluent in Greek and English
