We’re looking for a Finance Transformation Consultant to join our Finance team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for supporting the implementation of Workiva across the global finance organization, consulting with stakeholders and governing appropriate use and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent practical experienceMinimum of 5 years in a finance or accounting role, ideally with experience on projects, transformation, and process improvementHybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)Deep knowledge of financial reporting processes and systemsAnalytical skills with the ability to design, organize and analyze information and reports with attention to detail and accuracyPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with the Workiva platform is an assetExperience on workflow development and analysis techniques including alteryx is a plusKnowledge on queries, power apps, power automate is an advantageAdvanced excel skills with the ability to produce graphs, tables and perform calculations and automationsAbility to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelinesExperience working across multiple geographies and time zones. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across culturesHighly organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced and multi stakeholder environment and manage multiple priorities.When you join our team:
