Your Key Responsibilities The goal of the position is to ensure the development and support of the assigned projects to the Finance & IT function in the region Asia/Pacific.   Provide qualified support to the regional CFO Asia/Pacific to reach the defined Asia/Pacific short- and long-term targets. Support transformation and transition projects into the SSC in accordance to Schaeffler Group’s framework  Support Performance Management in the Finance function with focus on continuous improvements of concepts, processes or procedures and customer satisfaction Build-up and improve continuous system landscape for Asia-Pacific Finance function  Targeting the continuous optimization of concepts, processes or procedures for the Finance Function Asia-Pacific    Your Qualifications University degree in related field (Finance, Accounting, etc) Work experience MINIMUM 7 years with resposibility for transactional Finance processes and/or R2R   Experience in change management, process transition and transformation projects  Fluent in English (written and spoken) Very profound konwledge of AP, AR and R2R processes Proficient in IT tasks and communication Analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define appropriate solutions, ability to utilize data and analytics to drive new insights  Profound knowledge of SAP FICO and MS Office  Data processing Knowledge and technical understanding of processes and systems Experience in implementing processes with IT solutions and SAP Excellent communication and long-term relationship building skills  Agile work style and flexibility to adjust to changing environment (nice to have)  Ability to generate new, creative approaches to solve problems, create opportunities and added value  Always ready and available for Business Trips
