Finance Treasury Associate

Responsibilities: + Oversee the company’s cash position, including monitoring and forecasting cash balances and creating cash flow projections + Facilitate bank transactions and foster relationships with banking partners + Assist in developing cash management strategies to optimize working capital + Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies + Manage portfolio balances, identify delinquencies, and implement corrective actions + Produce detailed reports on cash balances, cash flow, and other treasury metrics + Collaborate with Legal, Operations, and other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance + Maintain treasury policies and internal control standards + Contribute to special projects, including portfolio analysis and process improvements Requirements + 3+ years of experience in financial services, with treasury, cash management, accounting, or finance operations experience preferred + Bachelors in accounting or related + Strong work ethic, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new skills beyond typical treasury functions + Ability to thrive in a growth-oriented environment and a strong desire to advance within the firm Please contact Michelle Espejo via LinkedIn or email for additional info or any questions you may have.
