SUMMARY
The Financial Account Manager will be responsible for performing accounting tasks that include calculating and reconciling fees that are due to clients. They will provide performance reporting, custom reporting, and analyze/compare data for clients that have implemented products that qualify for revenue share. They will need to understand internal and client facing accounting functions and will be responsible for making payments to the clients. They will be responsible for managing the client relationship, understanding over all client goals and objectives, understanding industry operations, and assisting with escalations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Perform accounting tasks that includes calculating and reconciling fees that are due to clients Responsible for making payments to clients Responsible for creating Vendor and Bank Import files, which are necessary for processing payments to the client. Understand clients’ needs and analyze reports to gain insights on opportunities for client’s growth and performance. Work with other RealPage departments to coordinate client needs, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction Grow business by anticipating customer needs and providing a high level of customer service Identify areas within RealPage where process improvements will streamline functional areas and improve the customer experience Work with new clients after implementation and request for any missing documentation requirements. Pull data from various sources to compile assigned reports Support the Company’s Marketing Fees process by performing monthly and quarterly payment calculations based on executed contracts/contractual terms Communicate with General Ledger Accounting regarding new/amended Marketing Fee contracts, calculation details, and period-end reconciliations Support Operations and General Ledger Accounting with various control activities, including the Quarterly File Review/variance analysis.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field required Minimum 4 years in account relationship management and demonstrated success in account relationship management with proven ability to retain and grow accounts Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with clients Demonstrated outstanding customer contact at all levels within the client’s organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High level understanding of spreadsheets and formulas with advanced skills in Excel Strong organizational ability; must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to take instruction & work independently to find necessary information Understanding of RealPage products and services is preferred Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization and to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments Must be willing to work in Cebu City
