Use your strong Financial Accounting experience, combined with excellent problem solving skills and your ability to be agile whilst navigating and operating at speed in this exciting, fast paced role. This is a 6-12 months' FTC role.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the current finance team in the new finance system implementation process
Complete the data reconciliation exercise between sub-ledger, general ledger and TBResponsible for the data completeness review Communicate with Group and local team on project statusShare some system testing tasksAssisting in the month end close process for FNZ APAC entities against the FNZ Group reporting timetable, including:
Posting month-end journals, Issuing customer invoices,Reviewing the P&L for reasonableness and identifying material coding adjustments as required,Intercompany reconciliation,Ensuring that all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and reviewed in line with Group Finance policy;Assisting with audit and statutory reporting for FNZ APAC entities
Involvement in preparation and filing of tax returns.Participation in various global finance projects, including intercompany reconciliation.Other tasks assigned
What are we ideally looking for in a successful candidate?
CA/CPA qualified or other equivalent qualifications.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Financial Accounting role or similar.Previous experience in an Auditing or Business Advisory role within a CA firm or Financial / Management Accounting experience within a large corporate Strong technical accounting and reporting skills (IFRS an advantage).Experience with system transition (Microsoft Navision or Dynamic 365 experience an advantage).Strong problem solving and communication skills.
