The Financial Accounting Administrator will be responsible for administrative support for the corporate finance systems. Duties will include administration of Concur, AMEX corporate cards, Purchasing Cards, Limits of Authority Database management, Visual Lease, and other finance shared systems.
A Day in the Life:
Provides administrative support for Concur Expense and Travel, AMEX Corp Card, Purchasing Cards, Limits of Authority Database management Administration of the above systems includes setting up new users, updating user profiles, termination of user profiles, reporting of key metrics, etc. Help desk assistance for expense reimbursements and travel for users having challenges with self-service Reviews office processes and procedures and makes recommendations to GM for process improvement as needed Participates and assists in process and system improvement changes for systems under finance management Conduct audits of expense reports on an as needed basis Provide support for internal and external audits of the systems noted above Key member for training new employees on the use of the systems and processes specifically the Concur Expense Management and Travel system Manages the data contained within Visual Lease on a regular basis Assists in invoicing intercompany transactions for shared services Supports the finance team with the execution of electronic signature workflows Other duties as assignedWhat’s in It For you:

High School graduate or GED Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related preferred 1-2 Years experience supporting administrative systems and processes (A Bachelors degree may be considered in lieu of work experience) Excellent English written and verbal skills required Customer service experience
