Role is divided into five components – Ledger accounting, financial reporting, management reporting and service and process management. Responsible for daily execution of product and general ledger entries and operate monthly closure procedures. Prepares regulatory reports, Balance Sheet, P&L and perform key controls and quality controls. Assists in creating management information reports, dashboards, and other ad-hoc requests. Monitors processes and supports in the preparation of service and process monitoring reports.

Ensure knowledge of banking products and operational processes. Develop general skills to perform various structures routine operational tasks in a standard work environment.Ensure knowledge of banking products and operational processes is captured and documented in work instructions and procedures. Has the basic ability to document knowledge of banking products and operational processes in form of work instructions and procedures.Solve problems and act as point of escalation for complex and high-risk issues/exceptions and decide upon measures/solutions. Solves routine problems by using standard procedures.Understand service level agreements and ensure service delivery is compliant with the agreed/developed SLA’s. Understands service levels and acts on them.Provide input to projects based on own expertise (content/process driven) and monitor the impact of the project on the operational execution. Participates and collaborates in projects.Implement process/technology/organization improvements and ensure proper understanding by involved parties. Supports the implementation of improvements in standard processes and technology.
