Financial Accounts Specialist will sell multiple services to each client and potential client. The individual will provide courteous and efficient service to all clients and potential clients. As an experienced bank representative, this position occasionally will provide offsite client services.

Essential Functions and Duties: Build and maintain client relationships by greeting customers, following up on inquiries, and providing ongoing support to encourage long-term financial partnerships Assess client needs to recommend and sell appropriate financial products and services, clearly explaining features and benefits Assist clients with account services, including inquiries, debit/ATM card support, stop payments, research, and online/electronic banking Open and review new accounts, prepare documentation, order related supplies, and ensure accurate client records and file maintenance Monitor and review account and card reports for accuracy, addressing exceptions as needed Stay current on deposit and non-deposit products, policies, and regulations through training and continued learning
Qualifications: Knowledge and experience in bank operations with strong understanding of policies, procedures, and documentation requirements Extensive knowledge of bank products, services, and basic accounting principles Proven written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive client relationships Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization Ability to identify sales opportunities and promote appropriate financial products. Leadership skills with the ability to train and support team members Completion of designated training programs; high school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred) Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
